The human RACE
I have a problem with people who are talking about what 'race' someone is. Aren't all humans just that? Humans? It is annoying to say the least, almost as much so as when someone says "It doesn't matter what color your skin is, it can be black, white, red, yellow, green, purple, or even polka-dot". That is a real quote and I have a message for people that throw in those extra colors. KEEP IT REAL!
On a lighter note, I ran into Logan's alien baby-arm yesterday after work. It attended the funeral of Fido, my pet floppy disk. I'm saddened that none of you were there.
Treat every day like it’s the last day of your life.
‘Treat every day like it’s the last day of your life’. I’m sure everyone that reads this is familiar with that quote, but what does it mean?
Many take it to mean the same thing as the ‘Eat drink and be merry for tomorrow we die’ quote. Others take it as ‘Do everything like you would if you only had 24 hours to live, stand up to your boss – tell people how you feel about them’. Still, many take it as ‘Do everything like you’re on your deathbed and almighty judgment is almost at hand’. I don’t know how to take advice like that. I always get too technical. Oh well, it’s not I could die at any moment from any given object, anyway.
